By downloading, installing, or using the OnTime mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OnTime is a mobile application that connects users with salon and beauty service providers. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the services provided by salon partners.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access
• You may not share your account with others

4. Bookings and Appointments

4.1 Making Bookings

• Bookings are subject to salon availability
• You agree to arrive on time for your appointments
• Booking confirmations are sent via push notifications and/or SMS

4.2 Cancellations

• Cancellation policies vary by salon
• Some salons may charge cancellation fees
• We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance
• Last-minute cancellations may affect your account standing

4.3 No-Shows

• Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
• Salons may refuse future bookings after multiple no-shows

5. Payments

5.1 Pricing

• Prices are set by individual salon partners
• All prices are displayed in the local currency
• Prices may change without notice

5.2 Payment Methods

• We accept various payment methods through secure payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Payment disputes should be directed to us first

5.3 Refunds

• Refund policies are determined by individual salons
• Service-related refunds must be requested through the App
• Processing time for refunds may vary

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm salon partners or other users
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

• All App content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to OnTime
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

7.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of photos and content you upload
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You are responsible for your content and must have rights to share it
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

8. Location Services

• The App uses your location to show nearby salons
• Location access is required for core features
• You can disable location services, but functionality may be limited
• We do not share your precise location with third parties without consent

9. Privacy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salon partners
• Use the App at your own risk

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for salon partner actions or service quality

12. Account Termination

12.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings
• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone
• Pending bookings may be affected

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Repeatedly miss appointments without notice
• Abuse or harass salon partners or staff

13. Modifications

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms
• Significant changes will be notified through the App

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your local area.
