Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of OnTime can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the OnTime app and sign in with your account.
- Go to Profile and choose Delete Account (if available).
- If the in-app option is unavailable, contact the administration team using one of the methods below and provide your registered phone number.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Profile data (name, phone number, email, profile image).
- Saved preferences and account settings.
- Device tokens used for push notifications.
What Data May Be Retained
- Booking and transaction records may be retained for up to 180 days when required for legal, tax, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- After the retention period, remaining records are deleted or anonymized.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
