Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of OnTime can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the OnTime app and sign in with your account.
  2. Go to Profile and choose Delete Account (if available).
  3. If the in-app option is unavailable, contact the administration team using one of the methods below and provide your registered phone number.
